In this collective monograph, there was a reflection of the main modern doctrinal approaches to the application of civil law principles in regulating entrepreneurial activities, as well as the most important aspects of the implementation of both the overall and special principles of law, such as the principles of good faith, the balance of private and public interests, and freedom of the contract.
The monograph was prepared by participants in the interactive round table Problems of the implementation of the principles of law in business activities, organized on December 1, 2015, in the framework of the V Moscow Legal Week of the Entrepreneurial Right of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the Department of Entrepreneurial and Corporate Law of the Law Faculty named after MM Speransky Ranjigs under the President of the Russian Federation together with the Moscow branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia.
