Problems of General Theory of Law: Textbook for Postgraduate Legal Institutions

The textbook was prepared in accordance with the state standard of undergraduate training in a legal educational institution for special courses on the theory of state and law, history and methodology of legal science, the philosophy of law, comparative law.
For the purposes of synthetic and in-depth presentation of educational material, the authors offer a basic (key) concept "JUS", which covers the right (natural and positive), justice, legislation of various legal systems. Questions are put up and outlined problematic, taking into account the requests of the practice and the newest achievements of domestic and foreign science.
