The primer creates conditions for forming motivation for studying the subjects 'Russian language' and 'Literary reading', ensures the implementation of a systemic-activity approach in literacy lessons in primary school. The priority goal of the educational publication is to methodologically support the process of forming writing and reading actions based on the phonemic principle of Russian orthography. An distinguishing feature of the primer is its active focus on shaping educational activities. A lot of attention in the educational publication is devoted to preparing the child for school, so the preparatory period is significantly extended. The material of the educational publication is presented in a task-oriented form with the aim of revealing the general principles of language structure as the basis of the system of linguistic concepts. The primer meets the requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education.
