Primary tuberculosis of the respiratory organs in adults

This paper is devoted to epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and peculiarities of therapy of the primary tuberculosis of respiratory organs in adults.
Unlike primary tuberculosis in children, the peculiarities of the primary tuberculosis in adults are relatively understood and developed. Meanwhile, in modern conditions of its manifestation and frequency is not sufficiently lit in the literature. In clinical practice, serious errors are allowed, both in the diagnosis of this form of tuberculosis and in its treatment.
Work is designed to some extent eliminate the defects allowed in the conduct of these patients and set out modern views, therefore an important issue for practice. At the same time, literature data is taken into account, and the author"s own experience is displayed
