The manual was drawn up in the light of modern requirements for the educational process in accordance with the provisions of the FGOS BE, GEF NOO and SanPiN 2.4.2.2821-10 to strengthen the physical health of children and is intended for assistance to teachers and parents in the formation of stop groups in children of preschool and Junior school age. The proposed selection of static and dynamic exercises will help to involve all groups of muscles responsible for the formation of stature arches in children.
