The monograph provides a synchronous systemic description of the process and the result of the stepping transposition of language units of different categorical affiliations in the interchaternate semantic-syntactic category of predicates. Extralinguistic and linguistic causes, semantic and morphological prerequisites, syntactic conditions, signs, the main stages and limit of the predicature of brief passive participles and adjectives in -, adverbs, nouns and pronouns in the Russian language were identified. Using the methodology of opposition analysis and indexation, the degree of compliance with syncretic (peripheral and hybrid) word forms is determined to prototypic representatives of the initial and final links of the transition scale. A system of criteria has been developed for the differentiation of functional and functional-semantic homonyms that formed as a result of the predicature of language units, as well as different types of heterogeneous speech structures located in the zone of simultaneous attraction of certain parts of speech and interchatire discharges of predictions in standard contexts predicativation, adjectivation, adverbialization, interjectivation, verbalization, pronomination, partaculation and modulation. The inventory of linguistic units of different parts of speech was compiled, which or another subjected to transposition into predicate, as well as sometimes into adjectives, adverbs, pronouns-estimates, interjections, etc. For linguists: scientists, teachers of higher education, teachers-explosors and students
