In a workshop aimed at consolidating theoretical knowledge on the psychology of the conflict and developing some psychological skills, psychological tasks are presented in the process of resolving which students will be able to: 1) to form the skills of predicting conflict situations, 2) learn to analyze the causes of the conflict, 3) choose the most optimal resolution options conflict situations. The manual also contains psychological tests aimed at the diagnosis of personal characteristics that appear in the conflict, and tests for consolidating the theory of conflictology.
The manual can be used both during classes and in organizing extracurricular independent work of students. It is addressed to everyone who masters conflictology as academic discipline, as well as those who, within the framework of other training courses (“psychology”, “ethics of business relations”) are faced with the need to resolve conflicts
