Gap year, academic year - a break in education between school and college/university. In the USA and Europe, this is a fairly common practice, as enrollment in higher education institutions takes place in advance, and a first-year student has at least six months to a year before the start of studies. This break is a very important time to realize your desires and goals, gain internship experience, better prepare for the first semester in college or university.
Learn to listen and hear yourself first and foremost, be articulate in negotiations and setting personal boundaries!
Spend your Gap year surrounded by pleasant people, learn to build relationships in a circle system, define your self-worth, and love yourself. During this year, you will learn how to set boundaries with the society around you, find close and valuable people, learn to experience emotions, listen and hear, and most importantly - establish contact with your parents and be able to effectively convey your desires and decisions to them.
Create opportunities for yourself to become better day by day!
