This publication is carried out by commented publication of the power book of the Tsarist Rhodes in six oldest lists of the XVI-XVII century (including the oldest Tomsk and Volkovsky 1560s., found these days by Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg archaeologists) This monument is the first attempt to create a consolidated non-counseling work on the domestic history of the IX-XVI centuries, written from the historiosophical positions of the Russian Orthodox Church and the reflecting concept of its then leaders - Metropolitan Macaria and Athanasius. Strengthening the unity of the country, understood as the unity of the kind of autocrat of Rurikovichi, acting in the Union with the Church, the creators of the power book included a significant number of historical and literary and the agiographic texts of many Russian lands.
The first volume of the publication includes analytical introductory articles and the text of the lives of Holy Princess Olga and degrees (chapters) I-X. In the second volume, the degrees of XI-XVII, applications and pointers. The third volume contains a comment.
