The monograph presents many years of experience of authors, which for more than 30 years devoted to the study of the complex treatment of postoperative peritonitis and abdominal sepsis. A comparative analysis of its own and presented in the world literature the results of the use of stage lavages of the abdominal cavity, lapostomy, laparoscopic sanitation of the abdominal cavity, relaparotomy "on demand", closed postoperative washing of the abdominal cavity and combinations of these methods are carried out.
