Philologist, poet, translator Marina Mirimskaya worked as an editor in the publishers "Education" and "Fiction". The daughter of the famous Germanist I. Mirim, she translated exclusively from French and in the style of translations remained true to her teacher Alexander Revich. The book, compiled at the end of 2008, included poems of French poets from the XII to the XX century.
