The study is devoted to the problem of identifying personality traits in conditions of intercultural communication. The work shows that effective intercultural communication is reviewed in conditions of internationalization, globalization and more and more intense social interactions.
Based on the results of the study of the authors, the possibility of a new view of the heuristic capabilities of the concept of personality to ensure effective intercultural communication is proved, which primarily concerns an understanding of culture, cultural codes, verbal, non -verbal communication and pre -command, values and models of behavior.
It is proposed to identify a person as a national-specific communicative type, which has a culturally determined worldview and value capable of cross-cultural transformation. In our opinion, only a new type of personality can effectively integrate and communicate taking into account cultural characteristics.
Now the person is acquired by multicultural features with high requirements for the study of the language of international communication and local culture
