Russia has always played a key role in the international arena. But the foreign policy of the state, as a rule, is a reflection of the internal processes occurring in it. With the change of rulers, the political course of our country also changed, which entailed radical changes in the foreign policy. This was manifested both in the appointment of a new minister, and in a change of priorities in work. Other, more flexible diplomatic approaches to solving world problems were required. In this book, the author has shown the history of the development of diplomacy from the beginning of the 50s to the present day, not only from the position of the employees of the Russian Foreign Ministry, but also from the position of their foreign colleagues.
