The “psychology of small groups” reveals the mechanisms of interpersonal relations and human behavior in a small group - the most common form of people"s associations. This textbook is presented in the systematic form of achieving domestic and foreign social psychology, revealing complex issues of group dynamics processes. First of all, these are interpersonal conflicts, their sources, content and methods of resolution.
