A systematic analysis of the norms of federal and regional legislation, law enforcement, legal and hunting literature related to the main provisions of scientific and methodological support of non-state control in hunting farms (long-term hunting users) was carried out. The provisions on organizing and ensuring control and relief activities for long-term hunting users who have concluded hunting agreements were formulated. Production hunting control has two components: obtaining by applicants for inspectors of a certain amount of knowledge and rights, as well as activities to realize the functions and powers of a production hunting inspector. The program and methodology of independent training of candidates for industrial hunting inspectors have been developed. Sources of information were selected, including the most informative free Internet resources of legal information, court decisions, regulatory legal acts, commentary literature. The most important provisions of the assigned functions and powers of the state -seller, production inspectors (organization of raids to combat poaching, actions in the exercise of control, the preparation of acts, legal protection of inspectors, responsibility for illegal actions, the use of weapons in a state of necessary defense, and detention of violators, etc) Comments of administrative, criminal and civil liability for illegal hunting with a large number of examples from judicial practice are given.
