Shots solve everything! This phrase is familiar to many. How many relate it to life? But it is precisely the personnel policy of society that determines the quality of management - the quality of life of people and development prospects. In this work, the principles of public administration and personnel policy are considered on historical examples, which for many centuries were considered the norm, and “thanks to” which humanity came to a global crisis in all spheres of life. The role of psychology and the foundations of the worldview, which determine the legal capacity and measure of understanding of the "managers", is shown. Overcoming the crisis requires a rethinking of everything that was considered natural and generally accepted, as well as the development and implementation of alternative principles of public administration and personnel policy.
Such an alternative is presented in the book in conjunction with the psychology of the individual, the basics of an adequate life of the worldview, the principles of the formation and the effective activity of the coordinated collective.
