The monograph is devoted to the scientific study of the processes of state-legal regulation and management in modern conditions. Attention is concentrated on the study of the objective laws of nature and human existence, as well as the characteristics of subjective laws - legal, moral,
religious, ethical and based on customs and traditions. The purpose of the work is to identify the correlations between these laws, mechanisms of regulation, management and, in general, the transformative activity of a person.
