A person cannot exist and act in the world, without transforming him into a conceivable total, and therefore, without giving him a form. This method of interaction with reality is possible only when we distance from it and take the position of the observer. In his new book, Mikhail Yampolsky addresses the problem of form not only as a way of converting material in art, but also as a fundamental category of human consciousness.
