The first part of this training manual contains lectures since 2014, read by the author in the MGIMO Foreign Ministry of Russia. In them, the lecturer determines the place of cultural anthropology in the system of sciences of a person, introduces the listener to classic foreign research and determines the concept of "personality" within the framework of the domestic cultural and historical approach. Problems of cultural and ethnic identity, ethnocentrism, the formation of ethnic stereotypes in the focus of attention of the audience.
The second part is composed of previously published studies by S.N. Lutovka in Indianistics, in the field of "culture and personality", as well as in the field of psychological aspects of the study and teaching of RCTs. Together with two applications, the texts of the second part of the training manual perform the function of anthology that complements and illustrates the theoretical provisions of the lecture course.
The study guide is intended for international students who study special courses "Cultural Anthropology" (F-T MS) and "Modern Problems of Anthropology" (MP F-T) in the areas of training: private and civil law, lawying and theory of law , international journalism, literature and culture of the countries of the world, sociology, advertising and PR.
