Relations called “international” are usually analyzed in the scientific and educational literature, as relations between states, departments, corporations and other institutions. The role of real living creators of international relations - men and women endowed with certain personal characteristics that affect the nature of these relations remains in the shadow, which complicates the understanding of the genesis, the internal nature of these relations. For the first time in the scientific literature, an attempt to consider international relations in the anthropological aspect is made in the proposed book. In other words, relations formed in a certain socio-political, cultural and institutional environment between people, whose activities are determined not only by the general human nature, but also by such individual characteristics as tender, health, education, age, position, everyday and professional experience , worldview, political orientation, habits, abilities, etc.
