The proposed book discusses the issues of being political economy as a science that can explain many problems of our lives. In the world over the past 100 years, significant changes have occurred. Was the political economy changed and can it be canceled for this reason? A lot of questions have accumulated. But these questions need to be discussed, for their nonresses are a serious obstacle to the development of our social science and creating a comfortable life for the majority of people.
