The methodological manual is part of the gaming kit, which also includes game fields and cubes. The manual presents a description of the game platforms "Polar Star" and "Road to ...": the psychological meaning of the games is clarified, the general algorithms of the gameplay are given, as well as examples of specific work. In the name "Polar Star", both words are of meaning. The image of the star can be used as a symbol of success and achievement, and therefore one of the options for the game is aimed at strengthening the client’s self -esteem through the awareness of his successes and achievements. In another option, the emphasis is on polarity, and the psychological meaning of the game in this case is in the assessment and comparison of polar, opposite options for solving some issue. The image of the road is connected in our minds with activity, movement, process. The game platform "Road to ..." is based on the metaphor for achieving the goal, moving towards the desired result. The essence of the gameplay is that, moving along one of the roads drawn on the field (each of which has its own characteristics), the client opens different maps with images and words, and these cards become a metaphor for one or another section of his path to the goal.
