Poetics of cinema. Theoretical works of the 1920s

This book, under one cover, unites the classical cinematic work "Poetics of Cinema", which first saw the light in 1927, and the collection of articles and theoretical works of the authors - contemporaries of "poetics". Now the reader receives the book in full, acquiring the opportunity to evaluate its semantic wealth, along with the works of S.A. Tymoshenko, B.S. Likhacheva and R.O. Jacobson to see in it as a holistic phenomenon of cinema of the 1920s, a kind of manifesto of the film aesthetics of the "Russian Formal School", and a collection of brightly individual views, views, positions, methods of scientific creativity.
