For his participation in military actions, he became an honorary citizen of the hero city of Sevastopol, was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, and was decorated with more than a dozen awards and orders. Poet Asadov is a citizen who is not indifferent to the events happening in his native country, in love with its nature, the beauty of his homeland, deeply affected by the events that took place during the years of perestroika and post-perestroika.
