You have in front of you a handout material that is part of the set 'Playtime. Mathematics for Children 3-4 years old' by authors L. G. Peterson and E. E. Kochemasova.
The set includes:
- Methodological recommendations for educators and parents on organizing activities with children
- Workbook, which is additional material for individual work with children
- Demonstration material (24 sheets)
- Handout material, allowing each child, as well as the adult, to be provided with everything necessary during the activities.
The handout material is intended for use by one child and is located on separate sheets. At the top of each sheet there is a number and the theme of the activity for which this material is used.
The handout material is accompanied by 12 envelopes and 1 sheet with the numbers of the sheets and the themes of the activities.
For convenience in using the handout material, it is necessary to first stick the number and theme of the activity on each envelope. After that, starting from the first activity, you need to cut out cards, pictures, geometric shapes along the dotted lines and put them in the corresponding envelopes.
In different activities, different use of handout and demonstration material is possible: in some cases, only handout or only demonstration material is necessary, in others - both, in the third - the use of these materials is not planned, as the children use toys, paints, salt dough, etc. during the activities.
The numbers and themes of the activities in the methodological recommendations, workbooks, as well as on the sheets of handout and demonstration material coincide.
