Palestine pilgrimage is a picturesque time document, an exemplary embodiment of the genre, almost lost in modern fiction.
Its author is Ivan Pavlovich Yuvachev-Mirojubov (1860-1940), father of Poet Daniel Hars (1905-1942), one of the notable Russian spiritual writers of the beginning of the 20th century.
A military sailor and a revolutionary sentenced to death (replaced by Katoroga) for preparing an attempt on Alexander III, passing through prisons and a link, in 1899 returned to St. Petersburg deeply believing Christian.
It is printed by the 1904 edition
