The book presents selected clinical observations of the author, more than 4000 cases included in the materials of the doctoral dissertation written under the guidance of the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences M.D. Aliev. The publication contains unique observations of skin melanoma in children. A wide range of various clinical forms of congenital melanocytic nevi are presented, including giant nevi, Spitz and Reed nevi, dysplastic, speckled, blue, Ito, Ota, halo nevi, acral nevi in the area of the nail bed, and others.
