Pierre and Jean

In the seaside town of Havre lives the respectable family of the old man Roland, a landowner and an enthusiastic fisherman. Roland and his wife have two adult sons - Pierre and Jean, who are remarkably different from each other. The elder, Pierre, is a brunette, hot-tempered and touchy. The younger, Jean, is a blond with a calm and even temperament. Some might say: well, that's how it is with brothers. However, the unexpected inheritance that falls on Jean raises suspicions that the difference between the brothers is not just a coincidence. Why did the family's old friend leave all his considerable fortune specifically to Jean, completely forgetting about Pierre?
