The proposed textbook of physics reflected the main ideas of the modernization of school education: deep mastering knowledge, the development of educational and creative abilities of students, an activity approach to the organization of the pedagogical process. They are due to the selection of the content and structure of the textbook. Based on the organization of experimental studies of schoolchildren under the guidance of a teacher with an ever-increasing degree of independence of students, a dynamic system of interaction between students with knowledgeable objects and phenomena in the textbook is built.
