Physical education system in educational institutions

The manual was prepared taking into account the requirements of new state educational standards for the organization of physical education at school. According to the requirements for conducting physical education classes and the organization of motor activity of students, all children attending school should engage in physical exercises in accordance with individual physical capabilities and health status. In the educational process, the alternation of mental and motor activity is necessary during the academic day.
The authors selected group gymnastics groups before the start of classes, developed an approximate filling of physical education minute in general education lessons, mobile changes, relaxation pauses and "hours of health" for conducting classes in accordance with age indicators and individual deviations in the health status of students.
