Physical Education. Grades 1-4. Textbook.

The textbook is written in full compliance with all the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education No. 286 dated 31.05.2021, and the Model Working Program for the subject "Physical Education" for primary school.
The textbook, based on numerous illustrations and accessible text, introduces elementary school students to the basics of physical education, a healthy lifestyle, the main exercises included in the school program, from various sports disciplines (athletics, gymnastics, sports games, cross-country skiing, swimming).
The textbook includes exercise complexes for morning exercises, physical activity breaks, for forming correct posture and preventing vision problems.
