This manual presents the detailed thematic planning of physical education lessons for general education institutions, taking into account additional hours of classes per week (3 hours) in accordance with the State Program of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The proposed form of distribution of educational material in the form of a plan schedule is convenient for operational book planning for physical education. Designed to teachers of physical education for work in grades 5-11.
This planning offers a variant of three-time classes per week, which is provided for by the integrated program of physical education.
Calendar-thematic planning in grades 5-9 provides for in-depth training in basic motor actions, including the technique of basic sports: athletics, gymnastics, sports games (basketball) The clock provided by the program for ski preparation in this planning is transferred to cross-grades, and martial arts elements (6 hours in grades and 9 hours in 8-9 classes) are transmitted to the light athletics section.
The clock provided by the program on the variable (differentiated) part of the physical culture is proposed to be distributed as follows:
- 5-6 classes: Teach the game Russian laptom and elements of the game in volleyball, as the study of the same game is provided in the basic part - basketball,
- 7-9 classes: elements of athletic and rhythmic gymnastics and sports game - Volleyball.
In the work schedules, the distribution of educational material on quarters in the sections: Basics of Knowledge and Interpremary Communications provide theoretical questions about the deepening of knowledge of students about personal hygiene, on the influence of exercise practices for the basic systems of the body (breathing, blood circulation , CNS, metabolism), on the development of collective, labor, volitional and moral qualities, to obtain an idea of the physical culture of the individual, its relationship with the basics of a healthy lifestyle and mastering knowledge about the methods of independent activities. During the study of specific sections of the Program, theoretical information on the main types of sports, safety and first aid for injuries are proposed.
In the planning describes in detail the proposed exercises for solving one of the most important tasks of lessons - the development of the motor quality students: coordination (orientation in space, the speed of rebuilding motor actions and the accuracy of motor reactions, coordination of movements, rhythm, equilibrium, accuracy of reproduction and differentiation of power , time and spatial parameters of movements) and conditioned (speed-power, high-speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, dexterity) abilities, as well as a combination of these abilities.
To determine the level of physical fitness of physical preparedness in the I and IV quarters, the schedule work plan provides for students testing, i.e., it is proposed to check the physical fitness of children at the beginning and end of the school year.
