The study manual sets out the general issues of thermodynamics of surface phenomena at the borders of the phase partition in systems with varying degrees of dispersion. The processes of adsorption on solid and liquid surfaces are considered, the stability of dispersed systems is discussed. Individual chapters are devoted to colloidal solutions and basic concepts of nanomaterials.
