The book is devoted to the main physical phenomena and patterns underlying the technological methods and processes of modern electronics. Particular attention is paid to nanomaterials and promising areas of nanotechnology. The presentation is built in such a way as to give the reader the opportunity to independently form common physico-technological views, as a rule, without applying to another literature. To study certain issues at the end of the book, a list of recommended literature is given.
