Physical and chemical research methods and laboratory work techniques

The textbook is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Vocational Education in the specialty 31.02.03 'Laboratory Diagnostics' and is intended for studying the general professional discipline 'Physical and Chemical Methods of Research and Laboratory Techniques' (OP.06). The publication covers the basics of the medical laboratory's activities, its structure and organization of work, types of laboratory glassware and laboratory techniques, methods and techniques of microscopy, solutions and methods of their preparation, provides the basics of qualitative and quantitative analysis, discusses physical and chemical methods of analysis, types of laboratory uncertainties and their errors. For the first time in the system of secondary medical education, the main sections of the discipline are combined into a single publication, detailing the basic principles used in laboratory activities. The textbook is intended for students and teachers of medical colleges, as well as for managers and specialists of medical organizations.
