World as will and representation

Arthur Schopenhauer is an outstanding German philosopher -irrationalist, representative of the philosophy of voluntarism. In his teaching, the ideas and motives of the philosophy of Plato, Kant, Fichte, Schelling, and German romanticism were fused. Schopenhauer"s philosophy is legitimate to consider as a systemic teaching, addressed to a whole understanding of the world, one with the nature of man and his behavior. That includes the main philosophical work "The world as a will and a performance." As an appendix, a “criticism of Kantian philosophy” is given, which Schopenhauer considered an important addition to his philosophical work.
