This collection will tell you about the life path and wise statements of outstanding thinkers of the past: French mathematician, mechanic, physicist, writer, philosopher and theologian Blaz Pascal (1623-1662), ancient Greek philosopher Diogenes of Sinopsky (412-323 BC), Roman Emperor and philosopher Mark Aurelius (121-180) and the Greek philosopher Epicte (50-138).
It seems to us that these sages were born sages, and sometimes even becomes enviable, which is why we were not born like that. Meanwhile, for the most part, the childhood of these people and the first years of their adulthood were the most violent, not similar to what they taught later. And when we recognize their former life, we begin to understand how hard difficulty they got out on the true path and went along it. That is why it is instructive to know their story. Reading it, we understand that our life becomes bad or good because we were born, but because of how much we want to improve ourselves and work on it
