The study presented in the monograph is aimed at revealing the essence of the phenomenon of universality, forms of its manifestation and methods of categorical expression, at creating conditions for achieving conceptual and terminological severity in understanding and discussing the problems of universality in morality. The book analytically presents the classic and modern concepts of moral versatility, the concept of universality is analyzed in comparison with conjugated ethical concepts, the genesis of those mental procedures is reconstructed, on the basis of which judgments are expressed and decisions are made in the spirit of universality, the interaction of universal and particular elements in the normative content of morality is considered, The influence of these elements on public discourse, individual communicative and socio-political practice is evaluated
