The new book of the famous St. Petersburg philosopher Alexander Sekatsky is devoted to the problems of poetry and time, one might say, the innermost essence of both of them. At the same time, the book is not at all like a textbook or a monograph, there is no artificial systematicity, there are no anonymous references to what is already known. In each essay, a certain specific metaphysical problem is solved with the involvement of erudition, analytical thought and experience of poetry itself. In fact, the author offers his own version of modern philosophy, using intuition and all the semantic capabilities of the Russian language. Acquaintance with the book may require a considerable effort from the reader, but they will all pay off and will be able to serve as the basis for their own further reflection
