Francis Fukuyama is an American political scientist of Japanese descent. He became known thanks to the book "End of history and the last person", in which he proclaimed that the triumph of globalism indicates the end point of the history of mankind, the formation of the World Government. Fernan Brodel is a French political scientist and historian, one of the founders of the world -system theory in geopolitics.
