The concept of "will to power" occupies a central place in the universe of the famous German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) “Every meaning is the will to power, all the meanings of relations are reduced to it,” he wrote. In the first half of the 1880s, the thinker came to the idea of the book "Will to power. The experience of revaluation of all values" in which the doctrine of his philosophical teaching would be described. And although over time, for various reasons, Nietzsche abandoned this plan, thanks to his sister Elizabeth Ferster-Ninzes and his friend Johann Henry Kozelitsa (pseudonym-Peter Gast) in 1901, the will to power saw the light as a separate publication. The compilers who used the drafts and sketches of Frederick Nietzsche sounded a lot of criticism, nevertheless, the will to power became one of the most popular works in the history of philosophical thought
