Lee Zhuyuan from 1989 to 2003. Lee Zhuyuan was born in September 1934 in the county of Baodi G. Tianjin. Already at the age of 17, he began working in the third Beijing construction company. In the period of his activity, engaged in carpentry, he invented simplified logarithmic ruler and angular, introduced more than one hundred technical innovations into the production process. In 1965, he was appointed deputy secretary of the party committee of the Beijing company of building materials, but the next year he was repressed by the cultural revolution and was rehabilitated only by 1971.
In 1973, he became the vice-chairman of the Beijing City Committee for Construction. From 1979 to
1981 He was a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Union of China Youth, Deputy Chairman of the All -Chinese Youth Federation. In 1981-1982 He was a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin City Committee of the CCP, Deputy Mayor of Tianjin, a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the KSMK, and with
1982 to 1984 Secretary of the Tianjin City Committee of the CCP and the acting mayor. In 1984-1989 He held the post of mayor of the city of Tianjin. During this period, he did everything possible to improve the lives of citizens, promoted economic reforms and achieved a sustainable and healthy development of the economy. He cherished the opinion of the population and often held meetings and conversations with ordinary citizens. Thanks to his hard work and conscientious work, he became known throughout China.
