A new philosophical, educational and scientific-practical discipline “Solidarology” is proposed, which is a logical continuation of the research of the author, the leading researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Barlybaev H.A. In the field of the concept of sustainable development and globalistics set forth in 4 volumes of his chosen works and other publications. This discipline makes up for a gap in scientific and philosophical literature, formed due to the lack of studies in it of the most important in the social development of joint relations, which played a decisive role in the formation of human civilization and today able to withdraw it out of a serious crisis state. Solidarology and conflictology in the book are presented as complementary sciences that study two fundamental subsystems of joint and conflict relations in a holistic system of life of society.
