The monograph conceptualizes the resource of the Russian philosophical tradition, defining its value as an intellectual and worldview instrument of confrontation between the cultural degradation of society ("anthropological disaster") It is shown that the spirit and style of the Russian philosophical tradition indicates that its “intellectual constructions” were never self -sufficient “systems”, as in the West, but first of all were created as an instrument of transformation of thinking and transformation of the person himself. The “spiritual-practical” imperative of Russian philosophy was investigated, which should be understood outside its Soviet-Marxist context, as a type of philosophizing, originally aimed at the transformation of a holistic person and society. This imperative determines the main specifics of Russian philosophy, from which its other features are also derived. It defines the “paradigm of transformation” as a genetic, semantic and stylistic “core” of the Russian philosophical tradition. The analysis of individual representatives and personalities of this tradition demonstrates its paradigmatic unity within the framework of the imperative of the transformation, which is a stable dominant of Russian philosophy. The book is designed for specialists in Russian philosophy, and can also be used as a general introduction into the study of Russian philosophy
