This collective monograph was mainly created based on the results of the All-Russian Scientific Conference of the same name, held at the University of O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) on November 12, 2020. The event was organized by the philosophical and legal club “Moral Dimension of Law” under the leadership of the Doctor of Philosophy, professor of the department philosophy and sociology V. M. Artemov. In connection with the strategy of strengthening the moral measurement and humanization of law, the book reflects the results of scientific research of the moral-humanistic and legal heritage of Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy and Vladimir Sergeyevich Solovyov in the context of our time. The different faces of their work are sequentially studied, general and special are distinguished. It is shown that the inheritance under consideration is an important condition for the further development of society and law.
