In the book of the candidate of philosophical sciences, associate professor of the Department of Philosophy and Technology of St. Petersburg State University A. B. Patkul, on the example of fundamental ontology, Martin Heidegger (1889 -1976) gives an exposition of philosophy as a science according to the very philosophical concept of scientificity. To this end, the Heidegger understanding of the subject, method, course of scientific philosophy, as well as its possible architectonics, is reconstructed. Particular attention is paid to the existential significance of philosophy as a science for man and historicality as a significant moment of a systematic whole philosophical science.
