The present publication included three works of the largest Lithuanian philosopher of the 20th century Antanas Macea (1908 - 1987) His early works "Fall of the bourgeoisie" and "The problem of Prometheism" combine the original and emotional author’s approach with the inclusion in the pan-European context of the conservative thought of the 1930s. The roll calls of the social philosophy of Maceins with anti -bourgeois constructions of Russian religious philosophy are notable. The Lithuanian thinker describes in detail two types of personality: the bourgeois and replacing him Prometheevsky, taking the third, Christian type outside the discussion. The complex and thoughtful work of the "Philosophy of Language" is a vivid example of the thought of the late creativity of the Matsules of the 1980s and can be put on a par with the best works of Russian and Western European philosophers of the name and language
