This volume is dedicated to the 125th birthday of the great Russian thinker A.F. Losev (1893-1988) The main task of the publication is to present Losev’s doctrine about the style of what the author saw in the last period of his creative activity. The two books were included - "some questions from the history of the teachings about the style" and "theory of artistic style", created in the 1970s and first published in Russia. The applications include fragments of the book "Aesthetics of Nature", abstracts, articles related to the same chronological segment and considering various aspects of the problem of style and its understanding in different historical eras - from antiquity to the 20th century.
