The disappearing theory

Alexander Smulyansky, the author of the famous Lacan-Klikbaza, a philosopher and psychoanalyst, represents a book about key figures of continental philosophy-Foucault, Derrida, Lacan and Zizhek-considering them as representatives of structuralism and re-defining this intellectual movement not just as an original episode of philosophical history but also as an actual practice of thought. The work shows that farewell to the era of structuralism was premature. On the contrary, the need for means of structuralist thought at the moment occurs, filled with events and intellectual trends, the emergence of which at different times predicted the main defendants in the book. The “disappearing theory” is a new introduction into the concepts created by them and at the same time contains an analysis of their theories in the appendix to the present
