Around 1460, the scientist and pious monk Leonardo Pistorsky brought 14 books of the hermetic arch from Macedonia to Florence. Marsilio Ficino Florentine (1433-1499), philosopher and occultist, inspirer of a whole galaxy of future thinkers, such as Jordano Bruno, Leonardo da Vinci, etc., in a hurry began to translation of these precious texts into Latin. The reader’s attention is proposed to the first translation of the main opus of the hermetic vault "Pimander" into Russian, made directly from the Latin text, also given in the book.
